Elysium 375ml 2018

Elysium is a full-bodied sweet dessert wine made with Black Muscat grapes. The Black Muscat grape, also known as Muscat Hamburg, is possibly the most aromatic of all the Muscat varieties. To make Elysium, the Black Muscat grapes are harvested at 25 brix, crushed, chilled, and allowed to macerate. Wine spirits are added to arrest the brief fermentation. Elysium’s violet-crimson color and litchi-rose aroma develop after the fruit attains full maturity. Pair with dark chocolate, vanilla, creamy desserts, cheesecake, English Summer Pudding, red fruit desserts, goat cheese or Gorgonzola.
