This graceful Chardonnay has inviting aromas of pear, white peachand honeysuckle. Medium bodied, this wine has a lovely texture anddelicate ripe fruit notes with hints of minerality and lemon zest on thefinish. There is a nice balance to the acidity and minerality thatenhances the freshness and elegance of this wine. Try pairing thisChardonnay with grilled chicken with lemon aioli, grilled salmon witha cucumber, tomato and fresh dill salsa or roast chicken breast stuffedwith spinach and feta cheese.
