Description
Our bright and highly aromatic North Coast Sauvignon Blanc opens with enticing aromas of pear, lime zest, ripe pineapple and green apple. A touch of viscosity on the palate adds to the depth of flavour, while the crisp acidity drives a long, fruit forward honeydew melon finish. This wine is unoaked and not put through malolactic fermentation to help retain its vibrant fruit character and crisp acidity.
