Progress is always our first priority—which is why we’ve embarked on a new barrel-aging experience. We begin by sourcing American oak bourbon barrels. The wooden staves are toasted and charred prior to aging to enhance the wine’s natural aromas and add flavor dimension, imparting distinct bourbon characteristics into our wine. Their staves are saturated with bold, lingering flavors that merge artfully into our varietals as they age.
