Nichols Winery & Cellars

Nichols Winery, located in Paso Robles, California, is botique producer of ultra Preminum wines, aged for several years before release.  Chandonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Meritage, Syrah, Petite Sirah, and Tempronillo are produced.  Most wines are aged in Oak barrels for several years and then in the bottle for several year to round out the edges and gain complexity.  This allow the flavors to integrate and give the wine elegents.
